Terms & Conditions

By making a page on Harimu, you agree to the terms below. We have written them as briefly as we can, in language that can be read.

1. This service

Harimu is a service for making digital celebration pages (wedding invitations, birthdays, khitanan, aqiqah, graduations and other occasions) that you share by link.

The service is provided by the individual who owns harimu.id, based in Indonesia. The business details on this page will be updated if they change.

2. Who may use it

You must be at least 18 years old, or use this service under the supervision of a parent or guardian. By making a page, you confirm that you have the right to the photos and data you upload.

3. Accounts and signing in

• You can start putting a page together without an account. That draft is kept only on your device until you sign in
• An account is needed to upload photos and publish a page, free or paid
• We do not use passwords. You sign in with Google, or with a one-time code and link sent to your email
• You are responsible for access to your own email and Google account

4. Your content

The photos, text and data you upload remain yours. We claim no ownership of any of it.

You give us a limited licence to store, process and show that content solely to run the service: making your page, showing it to your guests, and making a preview image when the link is shared. This licence ends when you delete the page.

We do not use your photos for promotion, as theme examples, or to train any model, unless you give separate consent for it.

5. What may not be uploaded

• Content that breaks Indonesian law
• Photos of other people without their permission
• Material that infringes someone else’s copyright or trademark
• Hate speech, pornography, violence or harassment
• Fraud, including digital gift envelope accounts that are not yours
• Attempts to overload, scan or break into our systems

We may take down a page that breaks these terms without notice beforehand, and will explain why afterwards.

6. Digital gift envelope

The digital gift envelope only shows the account number or QRIS you enter. Guests transfer directly to you.

We are not a payment service provider and never hold that money. We do not keep, hold, pass on or deduct gift money. A mistake in the account number is your responsibility.

7. Free pages and attribution

Pages on the free plan always show the line “Dibuat di harimu.id” at the bottom. Removing, hiding or covering that line (with CSS, a script or any other way) breaks these terms and can lead to the page being taken down.

Removing the attribution is available on certain paid plans. Reseller partners show their own attribution under their partnership agreement.

8. Themes

The themes, their layouts, illustrations and the code behind them are ours. You may use them for your own pages. You may not copy, export, resell or use them in another service.

A published theme does not change. Your page will always look as it did when it was published, even when we release a newer version of the theme.

9. Payment

• Prices are in Rupiah and include applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise
• Payments are processed by a licensed payment provider. We never see your card number
• A paid page becomes active once we have received the payment
• Refunds are covered by the Refund Policy, which forms an inseparable part of these terms

10. Availability of the service

We work to keep published pages reachable for as long as possible: that is the heart of this product. But we do not promise uninterrupted availability, and the service is provided as is.

If we ever have to stop the service, we will tell you at least 90 days in advance and give you a way to download your pages and your guest data.

11. Partners and resellers

Partners who sell this service under their own brand are bound by a separate partnership agreement. Partners are fully responsible for their own customers, including their obligations as data controller for those customers’ data.

12. Termination

You may delete your pages and your account at any time. We may end your access if you break these terms, with notice unless the breach is serious or unlawful.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for losses arising from this service is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

We are not liable for indirect losses, including lost profits, or for the actions of guests and third parties. This limitation does not reduce your rights that cannot be set aside under Indonesian law, including the Consumer Protection Law and UU PDP.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes are first settled by deliberation (musyawarah); failing that, through the district court where we are based.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For a meaningful change, we tell you at least 30 days before it takes effect. The date of the last update is always shown above.
